The Nike Blazer made its debut in 1972 and quickly became a true classic. The 70s silhouette named after Portland's basketball team is still very popular today. In the meantime, the Nike Blazer has shed its reputation as a pure basketball shoe and has long since found itself as a hip retro silhouette on the streets. The Nike Blazer Mid Indigo is inspired by botanical themes and features a white canvas and hemp fabric base. The namesake Indian plant - responsible for extracting the dye indigo - is depicted on the heel side panel.
