Delete your account

The quickest way is in the app: open Account and tap Delete Account. If you no longer have the app, fill in the form below and we will delete your account and its data, which means your email address, followed products, recorded raffles, giveaway entries and subscription record.

Deleting your account removes your login, your followed shoes and sizes, your raffle history and your notification settings from our systems. It does not affect a Droplist+ subscription, which is managed by Apple or Google: cancel that in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions before deleting, or it will keep renewing. Requests through this form are actioned within 30 days, and you will get a confirmation email when it is done. You can create a new account at any time afterwards.
