Nike celebrates the deep heritage and long-standing history that makes Morehouse College one of a kind. And we're doing so with the classic Air Max 95. Stacked layers of full-grain grain leather, synthetic leather and suede—all in Morehouse colors—lead up to the Tiger print, honoring the college's Maroon Tiger mascot. Morehouse College was founded in 1867 as the Augusta Institute in a church basement in Augusta, Georgia. The original mission was to educate freed slaves for ministry and teaching.
